đź’€ Character InformationÂ
Name: Bullseye
Canon: Marvel 616
Canon Point: Shadowland 1, after being stabbed to death by Daredevil
Age: let's say 35 because who knows with comics
Description: Caucasian male, 6 feet tall, 200 lbs (looks like he is 175. Extra 25 lbs are from adamantium implants). Shaved bald (his hair is blond) with blue eyes. He has a bullseye shaped scar in the center of his forehead. He is extremely physically fit: think Olympic gymnast. His teeth all look perfect because they are implants. Finally, he has a gaping hole in his chest (through his heart) where he was fatally stabbed.
Physical changes: none
Powers: While he doesn't have powers per se, he does have Adamantium implants (his bones cannot be broken) and an uncanny sense of aim that may seem superhuman.
History: Enjoy
Hell Status: newbie unless the powers that be have other plans for his talents
What Brings Them To Hell: BULLSEYE IS EVIL BEYOND BELIEF (he kills without impunity including babies and nuns...)
The Pitch:  Bullseye is one of the most depraved villains in comics but damn if he doesn't do it with a great sense of humor and style. The closest thing he has to a best pal is Deadpool, to give an idea, and they canonically spend their time together mostly trying to kill each other with gleeful smiles on their faces. He is, first and foremost, Daredevil's archnemesis and cockblocker who lives to kill DD's girlfriends. There was even that crazy time in the '80s when Bullseye thought he was Daredevil. Obsessed much? Sanity is often a nebulous quality in Bullseye, but a lack thereof hasn't hindered his successful assassin career.
Above all else, he loves killing. It's what defines him. It is both his job and his hobby. He's a career assassin and frequently refers to himself as the greatest assassin in the world, but he doesn't do it for the money; he does it for the sheer joy of it. His creativity is limitless: anything in his hands is a deadly weapon, from bullets and arrows to playing cards and toothpicks (he once said "Killing's an art. And that makes me Picasso."). His confidence in his ability is such that he frequently brags about never missing and being the best. His reputation as the best is very important to him; if he feels someone is challenging his position, he will stop at nothing to prove him/her wrong.
Ergo...his obsession with Daredevil. Daredevil is, in Bullseye's words, "almost better", and he cannot stand that. Each time Daredevil beats him, Bullseye grows more obsessed with the hero. He spends time studying him in order to beat him. Daredevil's very existence challenges Bullseye's position as the best and, by extension, his self-image. If Daredevil is better, then Bullseye is no longer the best, and so...what does he become? Because Bullseye is so mentally unstable, he thinks in black and white terms; only "good" and "bad". He is incapable of changing his mode of thinking, nor can he accept defeat. Anyone who dares to unseat his position as the best is "bad" and therefore must be eliminated, lest they trigger an existential crisis. Unfortunately for Bullseye, he fails to kill Daredevil every time. Destroying the lives of people around the hero isn't enough. As a sadist, he certainly enjoys the pain for which he's responsible (he often toys with his targets to increase their suffering, and he thoroughly enjoys inflicting a variety of torture on others), but in the grand scheme of his life, nothing can compare to getting at the man himself. His interest in Elektra, while containing similar elements, is nowhere near the obsession he holds for Daredevil.
Setting Fit: Bullseye will be tortured with menial labor until he manages to work his way up the coporate ladder at Brimstone, where he will undoubtedly shine given his unsavory talents. He will also undoubtedly get himself into trouble by testing his superiors/the "law" because he has little self control when it comes to killing for fun. I expect he will end up torn to shreds and devoured many times by much more powerful demons quite soon after his arrival.
Samples:
Bullseye screamed in terror as the behemoth lifted him aloft by one arm pinched between two black claws, each the size of a man. A rumble as loud as thunder erupted from the monster's throat. The vibrations from the unholy laugh rattled through his chest and he squirmed to no avail, succeeding only in dislocating his trapped arm. His incoherent pleas fell on deaf ears.
"I will always beat you!" roared the demon Daredevil, its rancid breath choking Bullseye and causing tears to stream down his cheeks.
In an instant, Bullseye was sliding down the giant tongue, acidic saliva burning his skin. He struggled to breathe, to gain purchase anywhere before he reached the stomach and its lava-like contents. He was beaten by the Devil, always had been, and even Hell was no escape.
Bullseye awoke the moment he hit the floor. He was covered in cold sweat and his arm was asleep. He let out a shuddering sigh of relief.
"Just a dream..." he muttered, raking his fingers over the scar in the center of his forehead. The touch of its smooth ridges caused him to shiver in spite of the ever present miasma of sticky heat in Little Hades.Â
Now that he was awake and the dream beginning to fade, an anger replaced clammy fear. He would get that Devil good for killing him. Sooner or later, Bullseye assured himself, Matthew Murdock would end up in Hell for his crimes and when he did...Bullseye would be waiting.Â
